Tell us about your association with the Swachh Bharat Abhiyan campaign.I am really honoured to be associated with it. It is one of the most critical areas of concern for all of us and I hope that our efforts to reach out to the youth of the country are fruitful. As an avid nature lover, I feel that we must become aware of how much we consume and how much we waste.
The unfortunate thing is that the garbage we are creating is ending up in our forests, rivers and streets, none of which is doing any good to anyone.
You made a rather interesting debut on TV recently...I had to confront a lot of fears while shooting for the show. I don't know if I would have ever gone to Nehru Institute Of Mountaineering or would have had the opportunity of riding with 200 bikers. I completely lost myself in this fun crazy, mad, educational and spirited experience.
Which places would feature on the top three in your travel wishlist? Peru, the Amazons and Cambodia! I have travelled a lot across India in the last three years and I am proud of it. There is so much to see in India! I would say the most exciting place to visit in India would be the whole of the Himalayan belt.
When do we see you back in films?I am pretty involved with films right now as a producer. I just finished an Iranian film called 'Salaam Mumbai'. I also shot for a short film recently. I think we as individuals, should continue to push our limits rather than restricting ourselves to one medium. It is really about communication and about pursuing your passion.
